Payment & Refund Guidelines
- We accept payments through secure payment gateways, including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other available payment methods.
- All payments must be completed before order processing unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for the selected location.
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
- In case of payment failure, customers are advised to verify the transaction status with their bank or payment provider.
- If the payment amount is deducted from your bank account but the order does not appear in the "My Orders" section, please contact our Customer Support Team with the transaction details.
- Our team will verify the transaction and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
- If the payment is successfully received by us but the order is not generated, we will either create the order manually or process a refund, as applicable.
- Eligible refunds for failed or unsuccessful orders will be initiated within 4–5 working days after verification.
- Refund processing time may vary depending on the customer's bank and payment provider.
- SofaVogue reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or pricing errors.
