Payment & Refund Guidelines

  1. We accept payments through secure payment gateways, including UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and other available payment methods.
  2. All payments must be completed before order processing unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for the selected location.
  3. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  4. In case of payment failure, customers are advised to verify the transaction status with their bank or payment provider.
  5. If the payment amount is deducted from your bank account but the order does not appear in the "My Orders" section, please contact our Customer Support Team with the transaction details.
  6. Our team will verify the transaction and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
  7. If the payment is successfully received by us but the order is not generated, we will either create the order manually or process a refund, as applicable.
  8. Eligible refunds for failed or unsuccessful orders will be initiated within 4–5 working days after verification.
  9. Refund processing time may vary depending on the customer's bank and payment provider.
  10. SofaVogue reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or pricing errors.
