Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours as production, procurement, customization, or dispatch processes may have already started.
Customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Approved cancellations will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds will be credited within 4–5 working days after cancellation approval.
Processing time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
If a cancelled order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
SofaVogue reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

We do not offer returns on furniture products once delivered.
Exchange requests are accepted only within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange is applicable only if the product has:
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural defects
- Damaged components received during transit
Customers must report defects within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and videos.
No exchange request will be accepted after 3 days from the delivery date.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, negligence, water damage, burns, pets, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.
Minor variations in color, fabric texture, wood grain, stitching, dimensions, or comfort level are not considered manufacturing defects.
If physical damage occurs after delivery due to customer handling, no exchange or replacement will be provided.
Exchange approval will be subject to inspection by our quality team.
Customized or specially manufactured furniture items are not eligible for return.
