Customers must ensure proper access to the delivery location, including lifts, stairways, and entrances.
Additional charges may apply for special handling, upper-floor delivery, or restricted-access locations.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
Customers are requested to inspect products at the time of delivery and immediately report any visible transit damage.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or events beyond our control shall not make us liable for compensation.
