Shipping Coverage
SofaVogue delivers across India. We offer two shipping methods depending on your location:
- SofaVogue Self-Delivery — For local orders within Pune, our team delivers directly to your doorstep with white-glove setup.
- Courier Shipping — For outstation orders, we ship via trusted logistics partners to ensure safe delivery of your furniture.
Delivery Timeline
- Ready-to-ship items: 5–7 business days for delivery
- Made-to-order items: 14–21 business days (production time) + shipping duration
- Local Pune delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and product availability. You will receive tracking information via WhatsApp and email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (AWB) via WhatsApp/email. You can track your order status in your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- Inspect the product upon delivery for any damage. If the product is damaged during transit, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
- For apartment deliveries, please provide floor, lift availability, and access instructions during checkout.
